1994-1997 Pittsburgh, PA

In 1994, Mesa Airlines acquired Pittsburgh-based Crown Airways. Using the acquired assets, Mesa established Liberty Express with its hub in Pittsburgh and a code share with US Airways. In 1997, it was merged into Air Midwest.
